WHEREAS, on 17 January 2018, the Department of Energy (DOE) promulgated Department Circular (DC) No. DC2018-01-0002 titled "Adopting Policies for the Effective and Efficient Transition to the Independent Market Operator for the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market", which provides that the PEM Board shall adopt and enforce market operator performance standards approved by the DOE;
ANNOUNCEMENT
''The Department of Energy (DOE) is pleased to announce that we will be conducting a Public Consultation to discuss the draft DOE - Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Joint Circular (JC) No. 4, series of 2024 titled, “Providing Further Policy Governing the Implementation of the Relocation and Payment of Electric Poles/Facilities owned by the Electric Cooperatives affected by the Implementation of Government Projects."
The Department of Energy is hereby requesting all stakeholders and other interested parties to submit their comments on the draft DOE-DPWH Circular No. 4, Series of 2024 titled, "Providing Policy Governing the Implementation of the Relocation and Payment of Electric Poles/Facilities owned by the Electric Cooperatives affected by the Implementation of Government Projects".
