The Department of Energy is hereby requesting all interested parties and stakeholders to submit their comments on the draft Department Circular, entitled “Providing Supplemental Framework for the Procurement of Ancillary Services, Amending Thereby Department Circular No. DC2021-10-0031, Otherwise Known as “Prescribing the Policy for the Transparent and Efficient Procurement of Ancillary Services by the System Operator”.

The deadline for submission of comments is until Friday, 04 April 2025.

Several important updates regarding the DEPDMS will be implemented as follows:

1. Scheduled system upgrade and maintenance on 24 January 2025;
2. Change of DEPDMS URL; and
3. Re-checking and updating of submitted reports (2023-2024).

These updates are critical to enhance the reliability and accuracy of the data, which is crucial for informed decision-making and policy development.
