Pursuant to Section 52 of Republic Act No. 11592, otherwise known as LPG Industry Regulation Act, the Department of Energy (DOE), together with the Department of Trade Industry (DTI), and in consultation with the concerned government agencies and stakeholders, including consumer groups, hereby issue, adopt and promulgate the following implementing rules and regulations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
CHAPTER I
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 1. Short Title. – This Act shall be referred to as the “LPG Industry Regulation Act”.
Notice is hereby given to all parties to comment on the draft Department Circular Implementing the Philippine National Standard Specification for Biofuels - Coconut Methyl Ester (PNS/DOE QS 002:2021)
All comments and suggestions must be received on or before May 14, 2022. Any proposed change to the specifications must be supported with technical explanation / justification and emailed to [email protected].
The Department of Energy, through the Oil Industry Management Bureau is requesting all interested parties to submit comments and recommendations to the Draft Joint Department Circular entitled “Prescribing the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 11592 or LPG Industry Regulation Act”.
