Advisory on the CY2024 Compliance of Designated Establishments (DEs) pursuant to Republic Act (RA) No. 11285 or the Energy Efficiency and Conservation (EEC) Act.

Republic Act (RA) No. 11285, known as the EEC Act, along with its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) and the relevant Department Circular No. DC2023-12-0036, DC2023-12-0037, and DC2023-12-0038 establish a framework to ensure compliance by Designated Entities (DEs). This includes submitting essential reports through the DE Online Submission Portal such as the Annual Energy Efficiency and Conservation Reports (AEECR), Annual Energy Utilization Reports (AEUR), and Energy Audit Reports (EAR).
