The Department of Energy is pleased to announce that we will be conducting a Virtual Public Consultation which will be held through MS Teams on 10 April 2025 from 8:00AM to 9:00AM to discuss the draft Department Circular, entitled "Providing Supplemental Framework for the Procurement of Ancillary Services, Amending Thereby Department Circular No. DC2021-10-0031, Otherwise Known as "Prescribing the Policy for the Transparent and Efficient Procurement of Ancillary Services by the System Operator".

The Department of Energy is hereby requesting all interested parties and stakeholders to submit their comments on the draft Department Circular, entitled Providing Supplemental Framework for the Procurement of Ancillary Services, Amending Thereby Department Circular No. DC2021-10-0031, Otherwise Known as “Prescribing the Policy for the Transparent and Efficient Procurement of Ancillary Services by the System Operator.

 

The deadline for submission of comments is until Friday, 04 April 2025.
