CALL FOR COMMENTS:

The Department of Energy is hereby requesting all interested parties to submit comments on the following draft Department Circulars:

  • Adopting Further Amendments to the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) Rules and Market Manuals (Provisions on Penalty Framework for Test And Commissioning); and
  • Adopting Further Amendments to the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) Market Manual on Billing and Settlement (Provisions on Additional Compensation Formula During Market Intervention/Suspension).

CALL FOR COMMENTS:

“The Department of Energy, through the Renewable Energy Management Bureau, solicits comments and inputs on the following draft Department Circulars:

  • Prescribing the Guidelines for the Opt-In Mechanism under Green Energy Auction Program in the Philippines;
  • Prescribing the Amendments to Department Circular No. DC2017-12-0015, Otherwise Known As “The Renewable Portfolio Standards (RPS) Rules for On-Grid Areas

Comments and recommendations should be addressed to:
