Mandating the National Transmission Corporation as Small Grid System Operator in Specific Off-Grid Areas
WHEREAS, Section 5 (d) of Republic Act No. 7638 or the "Department of Energy Act of 1992" declares that the Department of Energy (DOE) has the powers and functions to supervise and control over all government activities relative to energy projects in order to attain the goals embodied in this Act.
