The Department of Energy is hereby requesting all interested parties to submit comments on the draft Department Circulars entitled "PROMULGATING THE ENHANCED POLICY FOR BENEFITS TO COMMUNITIES HOSTING ENERGY GENERATION AND RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT FACILITIES, AND ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEMS FACILITIES, AMENDING RULE 29 (A) OF THE IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9136".
