Pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed on October 19, 2003 in Thailand between the Department of Energy of the Republic of the Philippines and the Ministry of Energy of the Kingdom of Thailand relating to the Cooperation in Oil and Gas Activities and creating a Joint Cooperation Committee (JCC) to oversee, review and monitor the proper implementation of the provisions stated in the said MOU, the following are hereby designated as the Philippine representatives to the said JCC: Chairman - Undersecretary J. V. Emmanuel A. De Dios Member - Director, OIMB Member - Technical Staff from the OIMB The OIMB is hereby instructed to provide the necessary Secretariat support to the Philippine members. All Department Orders and other issuances inconsistent with this Department Order are hereby modified and superseded accordingly. For guidance and immediate implementation. (Sgd.) VINCENT S.
