EV Advisory:

The Department of Energy is committed to help our Electric Vehicle Industry to develop and grow bigger. As of the month of May 2025, there are a total of one hundred forty-seven (147) DOE Accredited EVCS Providers that provides more accessible charging station solutions that are safe and reliable for your electric vehicle.

DOE Accredited EVCS Providers offers the best electric vehicle charging station (EVCS) solutions in the Philippines that are compliant with the requirements and guidelines of the DOE. These EVCS Providers are classified according on its scope of operation namely:

  1. EVCS Provider – Operator – collects fees from EV users in exchange for the use of facilities of EVCS to charge EVs;
  2. EVCS Provider – Service – collects fees on the construction, installation, data and payment management and maintenance of EVCS; and
  3. EVCS Provider – Supplier – sells EVCS, or any of its parts/components for a fee.

Pursuant to the DOE Department Circular No. DC2023-05-0011 – EVCS Providers Accreditation and EVCS Registration Guidelines, we have listed DOE Accredited EVCS Providers as of May 2025 is available below.

Navigating through the costs of charging electric vehicles just got easier. Find out how much it costs to charge your electric vehicle and where you can charge for free.

You can check the Department of Energy’s unbundled charging fee structure to know the breakdown of the charges as mandated by the EVIDA-Implementing Rules and Regulations (EVIDA-IRR).

INVITATION TO THE VIRTUAL PUBLIC CONSULTATION TO BE HELD ON 13 MAY 2025

This refers to the conduct of the Public Consultation (PubCon) on various draft Department Circulars (DCs) on 13 May 2025, 9:00 AM 3:15 PM.

This PubCon seeks to present and solicit valuable comments and insights on the following proposed DCS:

  1. Supplemental Policy to the Net-Metering Program Integrating Renewable Energy Certificate Trading and Multi-Site and Aggregate Net Metering:
  2. Revised Rules and Guidelines Governing the Implementation of the Green Energy Option Program (GEOP);
  3. Prescribing Amendments to the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9513 or the Renewable Energy Act of 2008; and
  4. Prescribing Further Policies to Enhance the Procurement of Electric Power Supply from Renewable Energy Resources under the Competitive Selection Process (CSP)
