Call for Comments on the Draft Implementing Guidelines (IG) on the Recertification of Energy Efficiency (EE) Practitioners

CALL FOR COMMENTS The Department of Energy (DOE), through the Energy Utilization Management Bureau, solicits the comments and inputs on the following: A. Draft Implementing Guidelines on the Recertification of Energy Efficiency Practitioners Downloadable Materials: 1. The soft copy of the draft IG: https://bit.ly/IGonRecertEEPrac All interested individuals, and stakeholders may send comments at [email protected] and [email protected] on or before 22 April 2024. Likewise, after gathering all comments from the energy stakeholders, the DOE-EUMB will be scheduling a Public Consultation (PubCon) for the finalization of the said IG. The revised version of these materials will be sent before the PubCon to serve as your reference. |

ADVISORY 2024-04-002-SEC IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INTERRUPTIBLE LOAD PROGRAM IN PREPARATION FOR SUMMER 2024

Pursuant to the declared policy of the State to ensure the quality, reliability, security and affordability of the supply of electric power, the Department of Energy (DOE) hereby enjoins the NGCP and DUs, as Administrators of the Interruptible Load Program (ILP),1 to be fully ready to activate and implement the ILP during the summer/dry season which has recently commence. This is in addition to other measures to mitigate the effects of the El Niño phenomenon in the power sector.
