This refers to the conduct of the Public Consultation (PubCon) on various draft Department Circulars (DCs) on 13 May 2025, 9:00 AM 3:15 PM. This PubCon seeks to present and solicit valuable comments and insights on the following proposed DCS:

1. Supplemental Policy to the Net-Metering Program Integrating Renewable Energy Certificate Trading and Multi-Site and Aggregate Net Metering:
2. Revised Rules and Guidelines Governing the Implementation of the Green Energy Option Program (GEOP);
3. Prescribing Amendments to the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9513 or the Renewable Energy Act of 2008; and
4. Prescribing Further Policies to Enhance the Procurement of Electric Power Supply from Renewable Energy Resources under the Competitive Selection Process (CSP).
