CALL FOR COMMENTS:

The Department of Energy is hereby requesting all interested parties to submit their comments on the Draft DOE-DPWH Joint Circular No. 2 entitled "Creation of an Inter-Agency Task Force for the Final Implementation of Section 13 of the Department of Energy (DOE) and the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Joint Circular No. 01".

The Department of Energy (DOE) is hereby requesting all interested parties to submit their comments on the draft Department Circular entitled "Prescribing the Administrative Operating Guidelines for the Availment and Utilization of Financial Benefits by the Indigenous Cultural Communities/Indigenous Peoples (ICCs/IPs) pursuant to DOE Department Circular No. DC2018-03-0005"

Should there be no inputs or comments received until 07 March 2019, the DOE-EPIMB shall assume your concurrence with the draft Circular.
