The Department of Energy (DOE) is hereby requesting all interested parties to submit their comments on the Department Circular, "Implementing guidelines on the preparation and development of the Annual Work Program under Section 6(a), Rule 29 Part A of the Implementing rules and regulations of Republic Act no.9136, Otherwise Known as "Electric Power Industry Reform Act of 2001"

Should there be no inputs or comments received, the REAMD-EPIMB shall assume your concurrence with the draft Circular.
